Christmas
2003 at Miller The dining room staff
provided an excellent Christmas lunch for 160 on Tuesday 9th
December. It was all go for Christmas
with the P3 to P7 pupils setting the ball rolling with school organised
events by way of a visit to the cinema to see the film, ‘Elf’.
Half of the group attended on Wednesday 10 and remainder on
Thursday 12th. The final week of the term
brought a Nursery party and a P1 and P2 party on Tuesday afternoon with
Santa in attendance at the Nursery event.
P1 and P2 pupils will also met Santa and received a gift in his magnificent
workshop in the school which was specially
build by the school’s classroom assistants.
The grotto was also visited by children from Miller Three Bears
Nursery and by the neighbouring pre-school centres at Ormlie and Playden
and the Rainbow Rascals group who meet at Miller Academy.
